So much for my trading range theory. When I saw NMGC dropping below 15 1/4, this morning I got out. Looks like I saved myself again from another steep, rapid drop with NMGC.

Last week following the rapid rise I thought the chart showed that another drop was coming, so I sold and pocketed my profits. Rather than trust my own analysis, however, I got faked out yesterday on what appeared to be a consolidation phase, and re-bought at 15 1/2. Fortunately, I caught the mistake in time this morning to bail out before any real damage was done.

Trust the charts, trust the charts, trust the charts . . .

Now if I could only learn to remember that lesson!

So here I am, sitting on cash again and looking for another bottom with NMGC. <g>
