Ron, I too would like to know some info on "Wirricks" seminar.
I have read a lot of books and have been trading options for a while now and have done great...I may never buy a stock again...
If you haven't already, visit www.cboe.com
I have been using "Dreyfus Brokerage"
you can look at them at www.tradepbs.com
have had no problems with them. One thing I learned real quick is that you can't do an option trade fast...like you can on a stock. It takes some time to execute, so it it is moving already, chances are you won't get it on a limit order. You will on a market order, but the risk is you buy at a much higher amount than you wanted, and may lose the upside potential that you once had.
My most reliable plays have been on...about $5.00 in the money stock splits with the strike about 2 months out.
I'm only playing good companies, with a good chart history.
IE: abbott Labs...which just split a couple of weeks ago. Now I am doing a play on Home Depoe ex-date is july 6.
I don't check SI stocktalk very often these days so I might not be back here again..
Best of luck on your future option investments.
