The best reason for a CheckFree / NetScape deal... CheckFree E-Bill gives the billers the option of creating and housing HTML bills in-house or outscoucing bill creation to a service bureau - or CheckFree. MSFDC does not offer an option to create and house bills in-house. MSFDC Biller Integration System is built around a generic bill template that contains a limited set of features and graphic constraints. MSFDC bills cannot maintain the billers existing bill design. So a piece of NetScape PublishingXpert Software would be in direct competition with MSFDC(YEE HA), and complimentary to CheckFrees Open System. Besides a piece of NetScape software which helps billers prepare HTML bills would seem to speed things along for CheckFree...ie caned program to create HTML billings on legacy systems.
