I believe the point was the hypocrisy of BIG DOG claiming to be the best trader on the planet while simultaneously posting a long position on a stock that promptly dropped 7%. Further, it think it has become rather clear that it is not exactly intelligent to be spouting off stock tips in a public forum so that less intelligent investors can extricate you from a lame position. As one of those people who seems to send out the same type of garbage as your buddy, Pooch, I would refer you to the ramifications of an Article 19 subpeona -- commonly referred to as "wire fraud."
