>>so the problem is that nasty 265 million in debt.<<

Not really. The problem is the BOST concept and bad food. I visited another local BOST restaurant on Friday night between 5:30-6:30 p.m. and there were only 6 to 8 customers in the restaurant. (I remember how crowded it used to get in the early days with a line practically out the door.)The food was dry and it all seemed to taste the same.

They have a severe demand problem because of poor food quality. I didn't even bother to call them on their meal satisfaction guarantee. Please don't fall into the trap of only looking at the financial side of their problems. Their business concept drives their financials and their concept isn't working.
