E-trade inked a deal to allow users to obtain access through AOL. This is huge!

How so? First, you could already access E*Trade through AOL. Second, this "deal" simply makes E*Trade one of three (along with DLJ and Waterhouse) "prominently displayed" brokers on its personal finance channel. Third, E*Trade is paying $25 million for this privilege, a figure which is thought to represent "a very good deal for AOL".

Reread the news. Huge?
