Bertelsmann, - A multi-billion dollar (22) company with billions in cash with 25 million book and music club members that owns most of the major publishers (Doubleday,Dell, Bantam ...) operating in 50 countries with 90 operational internet sites and a partnership with AOL ... AMZN will be undercut in price, advertising, selection ... their only hope is to be bought and at these prices I can't see it.

Oh Yeh - I almost forgot they make tons of money at it. Why should a company doing the same thing that can't make a profit and has zero equity be worth anything - hype and nothing else.
