R.M. you are wrong. It is not illegal to shout fire in a crowded theatre if the theatre is in fact on fire. There is no comparison to that situation with having an opinion contrary to others concerning a stock. The "fire in a crowded theatre" is old and tired, and is not an appropriate analogy. I'd still like to know why Asensio has never suffered any sanctions for his previous recommendations, since you're so sure that it's some sort of infraction. Oh, I forgot, he has a nasty habit of being proven right in the end. Barb
