When I made my ee cummings statement, I was referring to the way which you avoided my debate points and focussed on individual words. Indeed, proper use of language, punctuation, and spelling are very important to substantiating one's argument. It's like giving a speech on grooming and appearing before the audience with tousled hair....you may be making great points, but the appearance kind've takes away the credibility. I, for one, don't mind. To each his own. I merely think that posts should be prepared and presented carefully....but I don't take points away from anyone who doesn't believe that. I'm into function, not form.
