Dear Tom :

Would you please join me in a prayer request.

I would like to lift up Jerry Witorp to the Lord. This man is a Christian that just lost his beautiful young wife of 20 years 3 months ago. He requested prayer. He is on anti-depressants and he says that he is really having a hard time coping; the poor fellow is broken and wounded and just about as low as a man can get. They were constant companions.

As we lift him up in prayer I would like to look at Luke 5:4 when Jesus tells Peter to let down his nets ( plural) for a draught. In Luke 5:5 it says that Peter said " nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net ( singular ). The result of Peter's disobedience was that the net broke and the fish were lost so the other ships in the area came to aid and got the catch of a lifetime.

Tom I pray that every contributor to this thread have the faith to let down multiple nets and expect multiple blessings. The waters are troubled and there are miracles awaiting here. I can feel it, touch it, smell it. To all, there is a special anointing here , above and beyond anything we have seen, right now. The nature of the problem is not even important right now . If you know of someone in need of prayer just post their name , thats it. God knows the need. In Christ..gregor
