Greg,

Get Richard Ney's book..."The Wall Street Gang", it will help you understand how a stock can have large volume days and no move.

The specialist control the price, NOT DEMAND!

There could be some manipulation no doubt. But the fact that the stock is trading on large volume is probably a plus. You've got people and institutional interests trying to push this stock one way or the other and when any good news comes out it will offset the balance and the stock will fly. Even or especially rumors of good news will bump this stock. Be patient we're all waiting!

Greg,

Think again. Heavy selling doesn't mean market manipulation. Read SyQuest's S-3, they published recently (June 11th) just for you.

Approximately 44M new shares are waiting to be born. All that's needed is an excuse, like some good news to help keep the stock from tanking, while the conversion from preferred to common stock takes place.

Oh, hey now didn't that just happen a couple of weeks ago? Good news about SparQ being OEMed by CPQ? Lots'o volume, minor rise in stock price. Coincidence? I don't think so.

This stock isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

See my discussion on this from a week or so ago.
