Ms. Payne: Then why the assertion that lying is protected by the US Constitution? Again, lying in an effort to manipulate stock prices is not protected. On the contrary,if part of a conspiracy, it is a violation of RICO and subject to triple damages. We know Mr. Asensio and his partners in this matter have deep pockets, and that is more the reason to go after them. BTW, my experts are considered the best in the field, and I wouldn't even think of changing them. Lets let the Federal Jury,after hearing all the facts, decide who is right in this case. If Mr. Asensio and his co-conspirators are right and have not manipulated the stock price, they will be cleared of any wrong doing. However, if they are found guilty, may the Lord help them.
