Frank, " BTW, do you or anyone else here know if IBM itself hasn't been offering this equivalent service as well, through their Global Data Network or through the Advantis connection?" IBM fiercely battle CSCO at the data-center market but they are gradually loosing the market to CSCO. IBM's NHD (Network hardware division) can't stand CSCO. However, interestingly, other divisions of IBM like CSCO. As a matter of fact, CSCO buys chipset for CIP technology from IBM. Also, Advantis is a big time reseller of CSCO products. /Trina
