Bob,

3Dfx gets paid from their end customer when they take receipt of the chips. ( i.e. when creative or diamond, ect takes delivery ). They typically offer OEM customers 30 day terms. Most OEM's average payments are made 40 to 45 days. That is about as much as they can push without getting put on credit hold.

The check is mailed to 3dfx. so from the date an order hits the Card Makers dock to 3dfx receives a check is somewhere between 45 to 60 days as a average.

Hope this helps.
