To enlarge slightly on Steve's very modes answer, I recently
tried to move a fairly large order (through Steve at Yamner)
with AON. Although I was willing to take close to the
market (I put the order with some discretion), it
traded zippo. Finally, at Steve's suggestion, I
took off AON, and with that freedom Yamner moved
the whole thing at better than the current market.
Goodness knows how little or how much at a time (I don't
want to know; that's what I pay the well-deserved
commissions for).

Point is, unless there's a very specific reason to
do otherwise, if you have a trader like Steve working
for you, let him work it. If you put on AON, you
stop the representation which will allow the trader
to work the market.

I must admit I've also had better luck with web
trading brokers without AON, especially inside the
spread.
