I remember reading a while ago that debentures were being illegally converted off-shore into pkgp shares. Is it possible that this wholesale conversion is responsible for this total of 100Million shares of PKGP? Could it also be a reason for the reverse split. i.e. to minimize the impact of those converted shares of PKGP? If this were true, then issuing more shares of USXP is certainly the next step.
