Jon..do you have Time Sales or L2? That is not my take on today...IMO the shorts are struggling to keep this under 15...

What I believe Jonas was trying to say is that the shorts were/are trying to get somewhat out of their position before the news is released. I happen to agree with this assessment....

I also believe that the people "in the know" are content to allow the stock to drift so that they too might pick up some shares "on the cheap". Everyone is awaiting this news and there seems to be no one willing to support bids right now because of the downward pressure that is being placed on the stock....

The shorts are banking on this news as being non-earth shattering and they will do their best to spin it that way. They are taking advantage of this brief anomaly in the market to their advantage. It is obviously working just as they planned as the little guy is getting nervous questioning whether this data is going to be substantial.

As Jonas has previously posted, AGPH must feel pretty strong about the data that they have seen. IMNR is the featured speaker latter this week. I am trying to put two & two together on this deal, factoring in MM psychology, as well as the statements put forth by AGPH & IMNR. Based on the way the stock IS trading to me points to good things. These guys are nervous and want to get out while they can. What happens to the 1.7 million who are short IF this news is earth shattering and you have a couple of funds stepping to the plate with big pocket books post Geneva? IMO all things point to something good for IMNR.....JMHO 14.94 - 15 1bid/4offer

If you do not mind I would like to jump on this thread. To give you some insight in the pressure to the stock is that you have to step back and look at the overall market and that the small cap money managers are all out on vacation this week. Even if they are phyicially there if you know what I mean. They are just sitting tight and they are not going to buy just yet. The news is coming Thursday and Friday at the conference so if you are not in the stock or fully invested by Wednesday then you might miss out. I do not know what effect the conference is going to do for the stock but I am investing that the 10 drugs they have now will move the stock to 22 within 12mo. the traders out there can flip this thing at 19.
