Wait a minute, off shore activity would have been shorting. If the holders of convertibles wanted to convert at .03, PKGP had to comply and that conversion would have driven the authorized over the limit. Hence the reverse. There's 1/70 as much to convert, but still 50 million available to issue.

Please, the VSE? USXP would be a blue chip on the VSE, even with its present problems. Most of the stuff on the VSE aren't even real functioning companies...they trade paper.
