I agree that the block trade at yesterday's close could mean something, but, we have to remember that this is not even a four dollar stock (yet). The total dollar amount involved really doesn't amount to much (<$240M).

Ken, thanks for the information. The Molly selling issue is not a concern of mine for I am long on CADE and probably will still be when she is all done selling. I am just trying to help out some of the others on this thread that seem to have a problem with her selling.
Thanks again for the information I was unaware of the facts concerning charity and tax considerations/deductions.
