Besides positioning themselves for a hostile takeover THQ choose to go with Delaware to save about 100k a year. In addition it was difficult to work with New York Attorneys that mandiated that in a New York Corporation. Thus by going with Delaware they can use any attorney and thus use those on the West Cost.

This is what I remember from my conversation with Brian last year at the shareholder meeting. The hostile takeover comment above is my opinion
