I think your a pessimist<g>. It's dangerous
to bet against CSCO. The stock has been given the OK to
go up higher... Also, I'm just talking short term as in
2 weeks to hit 100.

William or anybody;

Check out this thinking. It's possibly similar to
something you (William) said yesterday.

There seems to be big volume today in COMS. Today
is window dressing day and one can see it in some
of the other stocks. 3Com had a meeting today...most
probably good, or at least not negative, so in this
market COMS is good enough for a buy.

But, most institutionals can NOT buy COMS today, since
they don't want to show it on the books. And there
is probably some selling to get it off the books.
That's what the selling today is about. Since selling
is higher, and price is higher, then this validates
the probable good news out of the meeting, yet
institutionals can't buy today making today's upward
price movement even more bullish.

If the news was bad, the extra selling would bring price
further down from the pattern of the last two days,
possibly down below 30.

Once buying is allowed starting tomorrow, there should
be more buying. Plus, there will be less incentive
to sell. This will result in a higher price starting
to edge upward.
The speed will be determined by how
good today's news was (we already know it was good news
by what the market is telling us now)

Another validation of this is the call options.
VERY BULLISH.

(does this make sense?)
