LD did say the company has ten mil in the bank and two more in a rebate, and that further financing did not seem to be a problem.

Mark: Glad to see you respond. I have to agree with your comments whole heartedly, ie. "do your own research." Yup to that one. The only issue I take exception with is your comment regarding no shortcuts to investing. The exception I make is not to the shortcuts comment, but to the INVESTING comment. Other's may disagree but I still consider, despite my bullish stance, VLNC to be a SPECULATION. It ain't, by a long shot yet if today didn't provide the proof of it, an investment. We're all gambling on VLNC's success. As such.....welll....you pay's your monies and you takes your chances(d.d aside of course).

BUT, based on today's call, I've moved VLNC from the ranks of extreme speculation, to a merely speculative category. As a matter of fact, from the way VLNC's recovering, ie. currently $5 1/2 x $5 11/16, it's clear other's feel the same. She be recovering VERY nicely indeed. Of course, going forward the proof we allllll are wanting to see will be in p.o.'s being announced. To the extent anyone believes L.D.'s manufacturing commentary(and he explicitly acknowledged VLNC has some history to overcome with the Street in THAT area--by the way, this is the answer to L.D.'s/VLNC's reticence toward ANY corporate hyperbole), then those p.o.'s are the next bit of news we can look forward to.

Bottom line on all this. VLNC is a speculative buy at current levels, me thinks. This was particularly so this morning....ya think anyone's gonna be kicking themselves when they see how their buy went through in relation to where VLNC ends today? heh!!

Regards!

John~

Mark Vicnic you say your message was genuine. I speculate you may have been short in the stock yesterday and may be much more cunning than you let on. In the absence of a press release from the company accompanying the 10-k, investors look to SI for information. Your posts were articulate and precise, skillfully over reactionary and alarmist. Seasoned investors know that taking year-end reports at exact face value is a naive approach to analysis.

You have never posted here before. You appear from nowhere and criticize posters ie; FMK and pose to present a valid argument. You sensed an opportunity for manipulation, and it worked. You partly caused a panic selling this morning and I'd bet you benefited in some way from the sell off.

One might speculate your alarmist point of view to be the antithesis of hype.
