Here is a site that provides continuous data feeds and charts for futures, options, stocks and real time indexes and premium. Currency futures are real time, NASDAQ stocks are 15 minute delayed, NYSE 20, AMEX 15 and stock and index options 15 minute delayed.

I don't know of any site that has
put and call data on a daily basis.
However, I get my best data from
BARRON'S and I tell ya, there has
been a serious rise in short inter-
est and put volume as of late. It
is going to be an interesting summer
for those excited about volatility.
