Increasing the authorized requires a vote. Of course, if the board and insiders hold a majority they don't have to send out proxies. They can just do it. So, in a sense , you're correct. Now, if the SEC said that after a reverse, there would be an X day moratorium during which no dilution can occur, we would see a lot less reverses being done. In fact, the only ones that would occur would be the ones by those companies who had good fundamentals but lacked the price. The reverse would be a math calc for them to meet the NASDAQ requirement for listing. TG

I just spoke with Mr. A for at least ten minutes on the phone. Unfortunely I don't know stock questions but wanted to see if such a person existed and what he would be like. I have a great feel for people, almost scary, and fould the man to be sincere,intelligent,and concerned. I know,most are laughing now or moved on. but for those still here he was informative and genuine I felt. Wish I had the right questions that all would liked answered but did my best. The gentleman has 2.4 million invested as I'm sure you already knew. I felt the Skynet deal is real and asked him about it three times til finally he said I can't change my answer -- it's real and will be finalized real soon It should happen soon. Didn't want to leak the RS hoping to catch the shorts by surprise He feels it was successful. I believe the man not because I want to, but because he seemed genuine and I know that sounds stupid to most. My opinion of the man I especially want to say I'm sorry to Marilyn but to hang in there, believe and maybe we'll all come out of this happy!!
