Mr. Lynch, excuse me for being thick here but, COOLING OFF FROM WHAT? Cooling off from the dramatic price runs from .29 to .35 cents? Doesn't it make more sense that they saw a problem in MINE releasing their report with no serious outside analysis which would create an impression with investors that the report PROVED the claim which WOULD create a big run on the price? These are exactly the kinds of things the SEC is trying to prevent. Stock price runs based on less than reliable information. If the SEC is satisfied that the work was done with sufficient verification and veracity of methodologies, then GREAT! Let's all enjoy the run. But it is highly unlikely that the SEC halted the stock based on the activity that was going on. It was much more likely because of the activity that WOULD have happened with no filter for the information. Tom

I think you are right, but obviously others will have different opinions, and maybe the words "cooling off period" are what they don't like. So let's give some others, all of which have been used here before, and some like, "get the word out" come from a director of the SEC, but we could also say "time out", "everyone get your sheet together", I'll quit with my favorite, "SEC protecting it's butt now, rather than later".
