To all,
I just got off the phone with Fidelity, who holds my 25,000 shares of PKGP, now 357.143 shares of USXP. They said I will also have 119 A & 119 B warrants to buy against as long as I hold my 357 shares of USXP ( 12 mos. for A's & 24 mos. for B's ) As soon as I sell my 357 shares of USXP I lose my warrants. The warrants only benefit me if they go above $6 and I'm able to buy them at $6 and sell at a profit.
Fidelity also said that I do not have to take physical possession of my shares, they can be left with Fidelity and no one can short them or borrow them. My shares are in Fidelity's name, but assigned to me. I hope this helps someone as these things were bugging me as by the way , is R. Altomare. Best regards, Bob M.
