Hey Eric, To find out more about WV gas give Cabot Oil & Gas a call in Pittsburgh, PA. They are the biggest natural gas producer in the state of WV. Hope this helps.

Just saw your question. No, I did not meet with Ersel Morgan at PETD. That name doesn't ring a bell with me. I met with Steven Williams....a very nice man.

Also, this is interesting. PETD is also a Nevada corporation.
