I clearly said that it may not make anyone feel better, but that it highlights the type of market we are in. Besides, on a relative basis, it's not too bad, <<While that may not make anyone feel better in and of itself, I think it does underscore that we are in a very difficult market for Jrs., and an even more difficult market for properties that are not yet viewed as mainstream such as the "dirts".
