What I don't understand is that revenues are basically unchanged from last quarter, yet they say earnings are down due to a slowdown in sales. That makes no sense...according to the press release, they would have us believe that earnings are down because of slow sales, yet revenues are unchanged. Did they just buy the Brooklyn Bridge? Something stinks, and I guess it will all come out in the wash. In my opinion, the setup is...you suck, now bend over and get bought out cheap.
