It's been rumored that a large holder of up to 500,000 shares has been selling or there could have been a large short position which is now just being covered, either way given the recent positive press releases and the company's potential it looks like it's ready to gain some lost ground.

Its my understanding they did a 504 in the tune of 1.5M shares recently to raise money and are now working on financing.
