Here is a stock at the 52 week low with a small float of 1.3 mil

Good news out just before close today.
according to yahoo thread book value is 1.90 and currently selling for 7/8. might make a lower 52 week low and might go back up to book value,just have to wait and see. grabbed a few at close.

You will find other clients of Lobsenz Stevens (MEGW PR firm) on their web site, including Pitney Bowes. Mr. Mahey is conservative but a straight shooter IMO. We have spoken regularly over the past few months. Keep in mind-the "telephone" service you speak of is internet telephone. Jamaica is their first country and they will have many more before the end of the year. This is very high margin business
