Fred, et al, at the risk of getting laffed at again, aw hell, what's a lil laughter amongst friends, right?--anyhoo, I truly believe that the recent run-up and now the run down in UNPH is related to the momentum players ebbing and flowing in this stock all based upon the announcement of a shareholders rights' plan. Usually this signals to the market some kind of M&A activity underway. But nothing has emerged to confirm same, so they've "fled the scene." O/49r
