Charles, tell whoever posted that to ask Dennis Hayes (the modem guy) how "death spirals" happen. Desperation and reliance on bad advice can make people do stupid things.

Charles,HEC is being pushed by one of the pump & dump newsletters I read. Probably a good short.

HEC rears its ugly little head every few years. You will hear touts about some big oil fields in South America, and then someone will bring up a connection with George W Bush. The stock will go up for a while. Wait till it does and acts tired; then short it.
