re Donald Scott I'm sure there have been many DEA deaths and maimings that go unpunished. And any fines paid are paid not by the agents but by the taxpayer. There was one in Poway California a few years ago.A gentleman had his home broken into in the middle of the night and he was shot by the agents. I dont remember his name. He eventually got a settlement (he was maimed but not killed) of $700,000 paid by the citizens of Ca who were innocent of the crime. (Except that they did not vote Libertarian and allowed these policies to continue.) Freeus
