Gambler next time you talk to Mr. Gordon why don't you suggest that he do some advertising on the Howard Stern Radio Show. I am serious, the Stern show reaches millions of people with quite a loyal following. Not a bad way to kick-start the CCI site.

For thrills and spills, TSIG is hard to beat. Thank you, Gambler, for your efforts to get to the bottom of these issues. I realize that it takes a lot time to get a call through, ask the questions, and organize the information into a long message. It's unfortunate that the SEC documents, which are intended to inform investors, may in this case have obscured the truth.

The silence here on the thread is very interesting, though I realize it's still early on the west coast. A flighty one shows up, and the idiotic posts fly back and forth furiously. Gambler posts a substantial, coherent report on a conversation with the CEO laying to rest an extremely upsetting, baffling issue, and the silence is deafening. Is there nothing to say?

In spite of the discomfiture experienced over the last 2 days, I remain in favor of open discussion-positive and negative. It strengthens the stock in the long run to have issues brought forth and lain out in the bright light of day. Unfortunately, due to limitations of time and talents I am unable to shoulder the burden of rebuttal. I appreciate the many people who have contributed substantial posts to this thread; it's been an education!

There's a lot about TSIG that's not pretty, and it's fairly easy to get caught up in catastrophic thinking and work up a good panic. Perhaps my level of skepticism is not what it needs to be, but I believe the following: money motivates people; there is much, much money to be made (legally and ethically) by going forward with the CCI and teleservices businesses; and people will move mountains to clear the obstacles. I perhaps will buy one more time before the web site opens.

Regards, Suzanne

Gambler and Beebs, Thanks, for your time and effort to contact Mr. Gordon and for posting his explanations for the benefit of all of us on the thread.

When, I posted on Sunday evening informing the thread of Mr. Gordon's sale of stock I was concerned that others including yourself were deliberately concealing this information from those who follow the thread and rely on it's commentary.
When I received the filing on Friday 6/25 the first thing that jumped out to me was the sale of Mr. Gordon's shares. On Sunday evening I caught up on the thread from the previous Friday and was amazed to see so many comments from prominent posters including yourself that "Nothing had changed" "No one had sold" ect......Gambler, your post #1474 was of particular concern. In that post you stated "here is an excerpt from the filing for those who don't want to skim over it." You then went on to post a portion of the filing that registered the remaining 8,000,000 of the 20,000,000 shares authorized previously. Stating, "So what, nothing new here"...Your post seemed to appear that you had read the filing. Thus your omission of the sale of Mr. Gordon's 6,480,000 shares combined with the dogmatic statements made by others that "no one has sold" is what prompted my Sunday night posts to the thread.

I never considered the possibility that the posters including yourself had never actually read the S-8. It still amazes me that was actually the case. Thorough examination of an S-8 should be basic investing 101 for all investors ...Especially for those who have taken on the responsibility of thread oversight. I now believe that your motives and other's who posted erroneously on the subject were sincere and that the posts were made without knowing the contents of the S-8. Your subsequent postings and that of others expressing concern, anguish and loss of sleep over the issue was obviously genuine.

I am also convinced that both you and Beebs came away from the CC with Mr. Gordon with full trust and confidence in his comments, explanations and vision for TSIG's bright and prosperous future....I sincerely hope that those who are long and bullish on TSIG will find that hope and trust to be well founded.

After reviewing the results of your CC with Mr. Gordon my opinion still remains skeptical and bearish. Even more so now then before.

Mr Gordon makes a number of statements that sound sincere and trustworthy, but yet many of his comments are in conflict with the known facts as contained in public records and court documents. Explainations given by Mr Gordon also have yet to be verified by SEC filings that would be required if Mr. Gordon's statements are true. also, some of his statements struggle for a basis in logic and reason.

As I am not a TSIG shareholder and it is my opinion based on my current DD that I will not become one any time soon, I will choose to refrain from posting substantive clarification to the above paragraph unless it is the sincere desire of the rest of the thread members that I do so.

It is evident that my earlier posts have caused considerable concern for quite a number of S.I. readers. I do not seek to rain on anyone's parade, nor is it my intention to cause panic. My previous posts were factually based on my DD.... My later viewpoint and opinion was shared only after it was asked for, and in response to other thread members. I have been straight forward in answering questions of my motivation and adjustments to my viewpoint of TSIG stock ownership.

I will continue to follow TSIG since I have become so familiar with it over the past number of weeks. If my viewpoint becomes favorably adjusted and I feel that I can add positive comments to the board I will be happy to do so.

Otherwise, I will move on as I have already invested more time sharing comments and opinions on this thread then I have on any other and I don't even own the stock!

I wish all of you well in your investments and hope to see you on another board where I am moved to share positive comments on the stock and my DD efforts.

Best Regards, JAB
