Conspiracy theory or Speculation - Missile fails to hit Target <ggg>

One would ask

1. how is it that today missile fired from an F-16 missed it's target?? - (oh well there was no painting in the first place, therefore no guidance for the missile to lock in to)

2. Why has the top brass waiting until around 9AM EST today to disclose an event that happend 7 hours earlier? (may be to influence the US markets especially the oil and gold markets)

3. Why it took so long to disclose that the missile missed it's target? and anounce it only after commodity markets were closed?

So that is my theory - the West including the US needs desperately to prop up oil prices and by that avoid giving again and again money to Indonesia, Russia Mexico and run the danger of instability in the ME.

A pop of about $2 to $3 per barrel will more than double the net cashflow in Russia, Mexico and Indonesia and add substantial money to the coffers of ME countries which wil be able to pay of their citizen for political stability.

Presently Russia is a basket case as is Indonesia and higher oil prices will avoid the need of "cash infusion" as loans from the western countries. Mexico is also close to hit a wall and the US Treasury has no intention to engage in another $40 to $60 billion ponzi scheme of loans. Venezuela is also in quite bad stage.

So to bring some stability to the worlds economy and geo-political stability slight inflation (taxsation) of the Western countries will do it, without the need to have Congress approval.

And bay the way higher gasoline prices at the pump are also higher tax revenues to most of the States and US Treasury

So the missile cost several million, you keep Sadam out of the oil market for a while and you help your Saudi and Kuwaiti friends, not to mention Mr. Yeltzin.

Are you readers buying in this theory?? It looks darn possible to me.
