Mark,

Thanks for the great response. I understand and agree
totally. I hope that when GNNX posts the QTR1 earnings that gets
us some attention, and buy the QTR2 earnings report we are well on
our way to a NASDAQ listing. I like a company that consistantly
posts positive news items like GNNX has, I just believe that
some major investors stay away because of the exchange they
are on.

Very insightful post on penny stocks. I also have been trying to find good undiscovered stocks. I would add that penny stocks post what would appear to be good news, but then the revenues accompanied by hard cash flow hardly ever develop, which leaves one wondering about the reliability and credibility of the contracts and news that are posted. I believe that is why you see the quick run up and long term fall off, and then another run up on another spate of "news" after about the length of time it takes for the last group of traders to give up and suck in a new group willing to take a chance.

Another thing is that you often see huge unexplained changes in shares outstanding. For example, GNNX tripled their outstanding share count almost overnight, and it's not surprising that Don and his wife have ended up with about half the shares. Yet, with all that, they still are completely out of cash. Where is all the cash anyway? Supposedly they made money last year. GNNX could be a $10 stock if they actually began to consistently make money, and more importantly, began to show a strong positive cash flow which I sincerely hope they are able to do soon.

May GNNX be a company whose "contracts" actually make money. We don't need more "news" of new contracts which will fall on deaf ears anyway. What we need is to see strong POSITIVE cash flow from the many contracts already reported. If that doesn't happen, then the investing community will begin to believe that more "contracts" are nothing more than worthless hype and that may already be the reason why recent "news" produces very little "punch" any more.
