Gwolf! After you told some to go to hell, WAS SO CHOICE, I signed off for the day knowing quite well things couldn't get any better then that. Went home, (still laughing) relaxed, barbecued a steak, (still grinning) and visited with neighbors. Just now check back in and noticed a "huge barbecue" taking place on the thread also, Mr. "F" being the choice of meat! Realized the most important thing I missed out of 58 or so posts was: Notice that Dr. Dreese will be in Salt Lake City on Tuesday July 7th. to meet with brokers & interested parties! Thanks Gwolf..
