My belief is that the company is negotiating with an acquirer, and is at an advanced stage. I don't know who it might be, but the company's silence speaks volumes. They have made no anouncements for nearly 2 months, at a time when they need to reassure shareholders. Also, if they care about the long-term independence of the company, they should do what CCLR did when its stock price collapsed, ie create a poison pill structure to fend off predators, or if they had such a structure in place, they should remind stockholders that it exists, and that they intend to turn the company around. But there has been total silence.

In my opinion, the Board needs to change. It appears that service quality is not the problem. The root of it is that CRLS has staffed up to be able to handle large clinical trials, but has had key projects cancelled, and, like CCRO, has too little business coming in to justify it.

CRLS will run out of money within 6 months and at it's current share price, a share offer will be punishingly expensive. Borrowing more is not an option either. The only real solution is to be acquired. I would sit tight if I were you, maybe average down? Good news may arrive soon.
