How did the reverse get leaked out and made official by OTCBB? If the stock had closed yesterday at .06 we would have started the day at $4.20 a share. The reverse was supposed to be announced after the name change.

I think this is the part of the plan that failed. Had it not been
reveiled, the stock would have done all the tanking today, not
yesterday eve. It may have worked out better this way.
We may never know.
Anyway, the news was leaked, and the stock dropped 40%.
I think management figured the warrant news would keep the
stock up today, and maybe keep the longs in. It worked to
a point IMHO.
If there are more details about the warrants, that could make
the difference in how fast the stock will drop. (or rise)

My opinion only!! There are a lot of unanswered questions.

What about all the offshore debentures that were printed for financing? What's stopping them from starting the cycle of printing shares again. It seems like all the talk about calling in your certs just served to keep some shareholders on the sidelines. I would think that the SEC would be looking into the financing activities of this company. IMHO it would be wise to find a peak before the shorters come back. Especially if the company screwed with a few offshore banks in this process, someone with a grudge and a lot of money may want to extract some justice. Maybe 30 days and the brokers will find some new shares to borrow.

This is not intended to bash anyone, I've owned this stock before, but got out two weeks ago, something didn't feel right. The owner of this company should be answering some questions. If he doesn't then his company isn't worth investing in.

Telephone conversation with RA

My apologies if this is old info but I haven't had time to read the previous post since I am trying to get this to you while it is reasonably fresh to my recall.

Altomare was totally upbeat and audibly upset by the way this stock has been treated on the market. He has attributed this to the MMs and the "naked shorting" (his words) that he believes exists in the range of 60-100M shares. This is conjecture on his part from the 495M shares sold since Jan 1, 98.

The reverse split was designed to "catch the shorters" (again, his words). The Board decided before the Skynet news became public that if the stock didn't rise, they would commit to a RS. They considered 1:20 to 1:100 and decided on 1:70 because it fit the NASDAQ requirement to get the stock above the threshold stock value, but more importantly was high enough to flush out the shorters. (Frankly, I don't understand why there is a relationship between the # of shares and the pressure it thrusts on the MMs who are short, but maybe someone can help me with this).

The share # is between 1-1.5 M as others have reported. He states that the Company has been authorized to create 300M (not 50M) shares and that this info is public (he wasn't sure where I could find it though).

He clearly stated that this is "the best time to buy". There are 3 major events that have occurred that should make everyone optimistic: 1. 10M in financing,2. settled convertible debenture, 3. Skynet. The 10M is "in the bank". It is to be used to close the Skynet deal as well as to use to shop 2 other companies USXP is considering buying.

Additionally he has met with 2 other financing companies recently, to presumably acquire more funds for other acquisitions.

Finally, he has accepted an invitation to appear on Stockmeister (whoever/whatever that is) to answer all questions that he can legally answer without getting in trouble with revealing info restricted by the SEC. I asked when and he didn't know but advised me to call Stockmeister.

If I can remember any more I will post another message when I get home.

Question # 4 answer:....Warrants were issued pre-split
Question # 5 answer:....R/S was not leaked, public information...just many did not look for it, but some investor's knew, sending private messages in advance!
