Has there been any word from mgmt. re why they decided to go this route at this time with this particular company. Frankly, I've been in ISLI for about 10 months, and see no greta benefit to the sale. $23 cash might have been another story!

My requests to MIFGY for an AGM date were answered in a mail from their CFO yesterday which said " The date has not yet been set. Best estimate is that it will take place approximately August 20. Likely venue is London. We will notify you when it has been finalized." This would put the AGM into the 90-day period in which they expect the ISLI transaction to close. PS - A couple of weeks back I notified the MIFGY Co. Sec. that HemScott were publishing bad data.
