Does that make you guilty of being a shareshaker, an employee of Mork, a liar, etc., etc.? After all, you have been "accused of" being all these things. Of course Mr. Boethling had moved on by then, I see his resume is rather ummm vague..wonder what he's been up to since 1995 ? I don't guess Mr. Raabe would mind expounding on the violations that Boethiling was accused of...but then I guess it wouldn't matter to anyone here, as always it's the messenger and not the message that seems to spark interest.
