Robin
Lots of data on these boards so these questions may be redundant. Could you please repeat SPRX's pricing schedule. Have they in fact obtained clearance for CPT coding??Which code will be used here and in Canada???Canada I believe also has socialized medicine. Is this product fully reimbursable ??
Have you seen or read their product insert? Can their product be used while phototheraphy is going on? Where were the clinical trials held and who was the principal investigator Lastly, who is their distributor abroad ??
Thanks in advance for this info

Rebecca

<<A 10Q (quarterly statement) takes a significant amount of time to prepare and is generally released one month after the end of the quarter. The statements included in that report must reflect the current status and forward looking viewpoint of the company as of the last day of that quarter.>>

You are making excuses. Simply a statement that is not backed up with any information to prove you are correct.

<<And they state clearly in the press release that these are commercial units.>>

How many Robin? Find me one statement from Spectrx with a number that shows how many they possibly could have shipped. Then I will believe you. While you are at it, find me more information on the manufacturing plant to prove they CAN ACTUALLY manufacture this device in volume. I have looked and found.............NOTHING.

<<I am an engineer who has worked in the biomedical and commercial electronics industries. I would never consider to label a shipment as a commercial shipment unless these were production units. Any thing else would be called samples or prototypes, alpha/beta units etc. That is the language of the business. >>

What you do for a living has absolutely nothing to do with your opinion of Spectrx. OPEN YOUR EYES, look at the big picture. Find me some numbers.....and then.....we will talk.

While you are at it find me the press release from Spectrx on 3rd party reimbursement. I can't find it anywhere.

Better yet, why don't you go post the information over on the Spectrx board.....I hear things are REALLY hoppin' over there.....NOT
