I haven't heard anything from Motorola on the Tianjin report, but a source at Asahi/America told me they've received the PO to do the piping for this expansion.

It would make sense for Dell or another PC supplier to partner with a DRAM company, except remember that the PC folks aren't exactly rolling in money themselves. That's part of where the chip industry problems are coming from. Not saying it won't happen, just that the Dells of the world are likely to be wary.
