Ray and Jeff....I believe we are selling this low because some party or parties are dumping shares into the marketplace without another party or parties there to buy the shares...in other words, currently, there are more sellers than buyers. If we believe in the fundamentals then we should be buying at these levels. I don't have level II but it would be interesting to see how the selling is going....little by little, or in huge blocks. Since it's been going down for several sessions now, I expect it is both. Selling brings more selling. When all the shares get sold that want to be sold, it will turn around...assuming more shares don't appear from somewhere. Just my opinion and for sure, we'll see!
