Bearded one, short NSCP? You're gonna lose short term. Every short term indicator is positive (especially the tech indicators)...

1) Positive news yet to come on a media partner
2) Momentum is turning up (NSCP is now above it 200 dma and 50 dma) - Look where ASND was a few months ago.
3) Internet sector shows now signs of slowing down. Yahoo's earnings will probably exceeded expectations again. Granted I think yahoo's overvalued, but by comparison NSCP is downright cheap. NSCP revenues from it's netcenter aren't that far off yahoo's.
4) Look for numerous upgrades it nscp get to mid 30's. This will help propel the rally further. (Again look at ASND).
5) Potential positive legal action against MSFT. Bad news factored in already, but not positive news.
6) Short interest has been building. Look for shorts to cover if NSCP gets above 30.

I use Ascend/Netscape comparison because both were once 50+ and traded into the 20's. Both were virtually hated by the street.

I don't care about NSCP long term, short term it'll be a perception change on the street that'll help propel NSCP upward.
