Thank you Sir Dave for your kind words(hat removed in deep bow). I'm still trying to see about a trip "across the puddle." Yesterday's c.c. wasn't the place to press the issue, like waving shares in his face and saying "based on this me think's I should be considered." Heh!! But a tactic such as this, properly refined and channeled, MIGHT work. We shall seeee....

Anyway, I'm open to such technical talk relating to financing as anyone can substantively contribute, particularly since that area ain't my "bread-n-butter" area of expertise. I will say that dilution is dilution, period, but the amount of dilution is key, eh? Some amount is acceptable, other amounts.......welll.......giving away the farm ain't the reason I'm speculating on 'em. I'd hope that appropriate arrangements can be obtained, what with being able to "plop" the product under the noses of the financiers. It should be a major card to play, eh? After all, according to the June-July issue of MIT Technology Review who did a major write-up on plastic battery's. If you can show you've made a better mouse trap, financing(not to mention the news media), will beat a path to your door.

Regards!

John~
