I think you are right that the long term stock holder will do fine. I think yesterday and today resulted from traders interpeting two events. The broken graph or weak TA, which I believe was supported by some fundamentals. Specifically, the slowness of the fax thru and europe start-ups. I think the traders will quickly buy back at the first sign of support, which I think is higher than 1 13/32. Hopefully the support level will get up around 3.25 as soon as 1st qtr numbers reflect edge and locus growth? I'm somewhat puzzled by the lack of discussion around the $6 bonafide offer. I personally struggle with why Joe did not accept this given the uncertanty with start-ups like faxthru and europe, not to mention profitable acquisitions. Personally my goal is six and I was disappointed to hear we will wait till yrend and take the risk to try to get 10.

G,
If you also don't believe it's coming from Canada ( I do think they had a little help today) then I am open for suggestions. There are not many investors out there who can sell today at a profit. What good would it do for Joe to look in to it. Everybody has the right to sell at any time if they have legitimate shares. Even if the shares are restricted it's damn difficult as evidenced by certain sales earlier in the year. You are right about the long termers being the winners in the end. Just as before, when the MM's believe the sellers are finished, they will move the price up as fast as they lowered it. "These are the times that try mens and womens souls" but as Grupe has said we are very near P&P time.

Best Regards
