Then the problem exists in the same place. With the company. I have searched and searched and find nothing that brings the authorized shares above 50M. If someone else has found this information please post. I'm sure we're not alone when we feel like joining the dumb and dumber line. Frankly, I am very pleased with the close today. I also look forward to converting the warrants. If (and when) they reach those points we will be VERY happy campers! We wait and hold, Jeff ps The information posted regarding the various news releases has been extremely accurate to date (less a few omissions). As I recollect we are still awaiting one more major news release. Could this be the one that kicks it to NASDQ levels? Just thought we all may need to feel there was something positive in the wings.
