Alternatively... Steve, can you own a piece of Digital River right now if you own TSQD. Who knows, maybe TSQD might even offer TSQD holders DR shares as a special dividend. Owning TSQD you participate in the DR IPO indirectly. TSQD price will take off if DR is a hot IPO by virtue of its ownership. TSQD is also in the midst of revamping its catalog business, shifting to Internet hardware and software sales for the small comapny Webmaster/mistress. DocStone
